1. Rates on Safe Deposit Box force-opening, repair and refitting of keys
a. Force-opening of Safe  (two lost keys)	Php2,500.00 or actual cost/charge of servicing company plus 30% of the actual cost, whichever is higher.
b. Refitting Lockset (one lost key)	Php2,000.00 or actual cost/charge of servicing company plus 30% of the actual cost, whichever is higher. Note: For provincial branches, the same prices shall be collected plus whatever additional charge by service provider of at least Php500.00 based on the location/proximities.
2. Refund of the Key Deposit
a. No keys surrendered             (force-opening)	no more refund
b. One key surrendered	no more refund
c. Two keys surrendered	with refund
