Project Mgmt. Office Analyst
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer or Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent oral communication skills in English
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills in English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrable understanding of business process and change management
- 2 years demonstrable experience in a Project Management role and/or demonstrated competency in a project-centric IT unit & role
- 1 year demonstrable experience in a Software Application Delivery role and/or demonstrated competency in an application development and maintenance role is a plus
- 1 year demonstrable experience in Tertiary Education or giving IT-related training to learners / professionals is a plus
- Experience in using a Business Process Modeling (BPM) or Workflow Management Software is a plus
General Skills
- Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently
- Flexibility is a must, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills in building partnerships with business and technical stakeholders as applicable
- Interest in developing user documentation (ex: work instructions, user manuals, tech notes, release notes, etc.)
